For retail / end-user customers
Once you have received our product that
was ordered from our website, you may return the product in its
un-opened package once you have received a return authorization from
us. Your return must include a copy of the original recite and any
related documents. It must also be within the warranty period which
is included with each of our products. We do not offer any
refunds. For products that are worn, such as hats and caps, there
are no exchanges or refunds what so ever. There will be a 15%
restocking fee for all product returns.
WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY
Our wholesale customers have 90 days
from date of invoice to return defective merchandise
to us.
Sun-Mate Corp. will replace or issue
credit, for products deemed to be "Factory Defective". Otherwise,
there will be a 15% restocking fee.
There are no refunds.
You may write, fax or e-mail Sun-Mate
Corp. a request for a return authorization number (RA#). Once we
receive your request, our Returns Department will fax you the
appropriate forms that need to be filled out & faxed back to us. You
MUST itemize the defective merchandise and include the following
information with your correspondence:
Product item number / description
Quantity you wish to return
Brief description of the defect
Copy of Invoice
Original Purchase Order
*RETURN FREIGHT MUST BE PREPAID*
All authorized returns must show the
RA# on each carton. Sun-Mate Corp. will not accept any returns
without RA# on cartons and all paperwork. (RA# to be issued by our
Returns Department).
YOUR CUSTOMERS…
Have a 30-day warranty from time of purchase for factory defect(s).
This means they could receive replacement(s), at no extra charge to
them, but only within the 30-day warranty period and a copy of their
original purchase receipt.
